Practice, Conditioning, & Summer Information

Summer 2020 Conditioning Information

Summer conditioning will begin on Monday, June 15th. Summer 2020 conditioning will only be open to students going into grades 9-12 at LHS in the fall.

A moratorium on all summer activities will be held July 3-7 and conditioning will resume July 8th.  See the flyer for details.

Practices

Practices are generally held Monday-Friday from 3:15pm-6:30pm, however practice schedules  and locations may vary by sport and by level. When gym space is limited some teams/levels may practice 6:00-8:30pm

Fall Sports

Cross Country – Location: West Gym

Football – Location: Football and Softball Stadiums

Golf_Girls – Location: Eagle Bend or Twin Oaks – MUST PROVIDE OWN TRANSPORTATION

Gymnastics – Location: West (Aux) Gym

Soccer_Boys – Location: Soccer and Baseball (Centennial) Stadiums

Tennis_Girls – Location: Tennis Center (Centennial)

Volleyball – Location: East (Main) and West (Aux) Gyms


Winter Sports

Due to limited gym space, some basketball teams may practice from 6:00-8:30pm

Basketball – Location: East (Main) and West (Aux) Gyms

Bowling – Location: Royal Crest Lanes – MUST PROVIDE OWN TRANSPORTATION

Swimming & Diving_Boys – Location: LHS Pool – Dive will alternate between LHS and FSHS pools

Wrestling – Location: West (Aux) Gym Balcony


Spring Sports

Baseball – Location: Baseball Stadium (Centennial)

Golf_Boys – Location: Eagle Bend or Twin Oaks – MUST PROVIDE OWN TRANSPORTATION

Soccer_Girls – Location: Soccer Stadium

Softball – Location: Softball Stadium

Swimming & Diving_Girls – Location: LHS Pool – Dive will alternate between LHS and FSHS pools

Tennis_Boys – Location: Tennis Center (Centennial)

Track &  Field – Location: Football Stadium
